Dear Colleague

At Essentra we are fully committed to conducting business in a way that promotes ethical behaviour and good governance, with a safe work environment that fosters openness, honesty and integrity.

Essentra’s Right to Speak Policy encourages employees to raise issues or circumstances where they believe the Company or any of its employees has failed to meet the highest standards of ethical behaviour and business conduct.

Whilst it is possible to report your concerns anonymously, you are strongly encouraged to identify yourself. This will improve the Company’s ability to conduct a thorough and objective investigation whilst still preserving confidentiality. Please remember any employee who reports an issue in good faith will be protected from any form of retaliation.

If at any time, you think the Company, or any individual is failing to meet those standards please speak up. By speaking up, you will be listened to and steps will be taken to ensure any concerns you raise are appropriately investigated and actions taken to address any failings.
