How do I know where to submit my report?

There are two options to choose from when submitting a report.
  • Group reporting channel; your report will be handled by an independent and experienced investigator appointed by the Global Business Ethics office team*. This is the recommended option.
  • Local channel; your report will be handled locally by a legal entity appointed investigator. This implies that the Global Business Ethics office team is not allowed to have oversight over the investigation process and will not be able to participate or support the investigation process.

If a local channel is the preferred option you´ll also need to select your local entity. Lastly, you´re asked to answer if you agree to share information with Business Ethics office team.

  • Local channel and agree to share information with Group and Global Business Ethics office team; your report will be handled by your local legal entity appointed investigator, with information shared with the Global Ethics office team, where they are able to support the local investigator and have oversight to ensure the investigation is performed timeously.

*Global Business Ethics office team has oversight of all reports and inquiries submitted in the Group/Business Area reporting channel. Consists of Group and Business Area General Counsels, Compliance managers, HR Managers and the Business Integrity team.
