To make a report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:

Our commitment

Amec Foster Wheeler is a company with strong values, one of which is integrity. We strive to conduct all business matters in line with these values. Our Code of Business Conduct contains a set of principles for conducting business activities with the highest standards of ethics.

Amec Foster Wheeler is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred and we encourage you to speak to your line manager in the first instance.

If you have any questions on ethical matters or are looking for advice, you should contact your local Ethics & Compliance Officer. Amec Foster Wheeler’s Human Resources procedures should be followed for employment-related questions and grievances. You should use those in the first instance if you believe you have not been treated in accordance with Amec Foster Wheeler’s policies, procedures and the Code of Business Conduct.

In situations where you are not comfortable speaking to your line manager or local Ethics & Compliance Officer, you are encouraged to use this helpline, confidentially (and anonymously if you wish). It is hosted by a third party helpline provider, EthicsPoint. We always take allegations seriously but our ability to investigate and take action can be severely restricted when reports are made anonymously or outside these ethics procedures.

The information you do provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. Where you have requested anonymity (if the laws of your jurisdiction allow anonymous reporting of concerns), but told us your name, we will make every effort to ensure your identity is kept confidential, although this may affect our ability to investigate the matter fully and take any appropriate subsequent actions. EthicsPoint provides a facility with a unique report code and a password of your choice through which we can ask you follow up questions that may assist us to investigate further and take action but where your identity will be protected. There may however be some circumstances where we might have to report a concern to a regulator and they may require your identity – this would usually only be for very serious issues.
