What should be reported?
Here are a few examples of the things that may be reported:
- Any violation of LyondellBasell’s Code of Conduct or other policies
- Any violation of laws and regulations
- Fraud or bribery
- Misbehavior with regard to accounting
How do you make a report?
You can report concerns:
- Directly to your supervisor or manager, HR representative or any member of the Legal or Compliance Department.
- If you are not comfortable reporting concerns directly to your supervisor or manager, an HR representative or a member of the Legal or Compliance Department, you may report through EthicsPoint by telephone helpline or via the web.
- Reporting your issue via the helpline: Each country has its own specific helpline number that can be found on the right of this Web page. The helpline is toll-free and operates 24 hours a day. Your call will be answered by an independent external operator from EthicsPoint, a company which provides third party reporting. The operator will record your concerns and may ask for additional facts. In most cases, the helpline will initially be answered in English. If you would like to report your concern in a different language, the operator will invite an interpreter to the call. Where allowed by law, you may choose to make an anonymous report.
