To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT an Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Our Commitment

All Sobi employees have a responsibility to speak up if observing actions or decisions which violates the Sobi Code of Conduct, supporting policies, laws or regulations.

The Sobi Compliance Hotline is one, of several channels, which can be used both by Sobi and non-Sobi employees to speak up. The Compliance Hotline is a secure and confidential channel which also provide the option of speaking up anonymously. Reporters may choose to report verbally via telephone or in writing by using an on-line form.

It is Sobi’s policy to:

  • Encourage and support those who believe in good faith that any of Sobi’s representatives are in violation of the Code of Conduct, any law or any company policy to report the possible violation
  • Conduct a prompt investigation of any alleged violation and take appropriate corrective and/or disciplinary action, and
  • Prohibit any retaliatory action against those who make a report in good faith of a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct & Ethics, any law or any company policy, even if a subsequent investigation proves the report to be unfounded.
