We want every Thoughtworker to feel safe and supported in speaking up when something does not feel right.
If you believe an action may violate our Code of Conduct, company policies or the law, please Speak up – raise your concern through the Integrity Helpline. The process is confidential and reports can be submitted anonymously or via proxy on someone else’s behalf. The more information you share, the more effectively concerns can be investigated and addressed.

Raise a concern about actions that violate or appear to violate our Code of Conduct, our policies or the law, without fear of retaliation and consistent with our culture of integrity.
