All reports are treated with confidentiality and in situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your report will be looked into.
To Make a Report Online
Once you have completed your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "Report Key". This Report Key will allow you to communicate with the SRG investigation team on a confidential basis. Please take note of your Report Key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your Report Key and password to check your report for feedback or questions from SRG.
