The Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO) is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching GWPO instances where you believe in good faith violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and addressed appropriately as per internal frameworks. However, this platform is not intended for processing knowingly false, malicious, frivolous and deleterious reports.

Please note that EthicsPoint is not intended for staff members or external individuals with concerns about their current or past employment or contract that affect only them. Such grievances are distinct from a protected disclosure, the former being a personal element and thus dealt exclusively through the GWPO Grievance procedures or Standards Conditions, if and when applicable.
