Guidance on Use of the Hotline

As a company that places “the blessings of nature” at the core of its business, the S&B Foods Group strives to live in harmony with society and the environment. Through activities grounded in our corporate philosophy and code of conduct, we aim to earn the trust of all our stakeholders and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

This Hotline may be used to report actual or suspected violations of laws and regulations, the S&B Foods Group Human Rights Policy, or the Sustainable Procurement Basic Policy in connection with the business activities of the S&B Foods Group (collectively, “compliance matters”). Such reports may also include violations by suppliers, vendors, or other business partners within the S&B Foods Group’s supply chain.

The Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via online submission or by telephone. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

The S&B Foods Group is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the fact and content of any report. The S&B Foods Group does not tolerate any form of retaliation or disadvantageous treatment against individuals who submit a report or who cooperate in an investigation. Any person found to be involved in retaliatory or disadvantageous actions will be subject to disciplinary measures.
