Usage Guidance
PAS is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations and Code of Ethics & Compliance wherever we do business. It is important to report any potential violations of them so that we can investigate and if necessary, implement corrective measures.
Any violations or suspected violations of laws, policies or other requirements committed in connection with PAS Group's business (Compliance Issues) may be reported to PAS Global Compliance Hotline (also called EARS), including violations committed by any suppliers or vendors in our supply chain and other business partners.
You shall not make false reports and reports with illegitimate purposes such as defamation.

Safety of Reporting
Should you choose to report anonymously, this system cannot determine your identity even if you report from a company computer or device.
PAS will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns, reports misconduct, or asks for advice in good faith. Retaliation towards reporting a concern in good faith is a violation of Code of Ethics & Compliance and should be reported.
