CPAB is Canada’s independent, public company audit regulator. Charged with overseeing audits performed by registered public accounting firms, CPAB contributes to public confidence in the integrity of financial reporting and is committed to protecting Canada’s investing public.
CPAB is committed to the highest standards of governance and ethics. We have established this reporting system to enable CPAB staff, participating audit firms, Canadian reporting issuers, and members of the public to anonymously report any concerns they have about CPAB staff, our operations or matters within our mandate.

To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

OR
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
