Any person who experiences retaliation for asking a question or making a report should promptly report such behavior. Anyone engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.
When you ask a question or make a report, Avon will assign an experienced professional to investigate any known or suspected misconduct. Appropriate corrective actions will be taken with proper management oversight.
