Our Commitment
Southeastern promotes a culture of trust, learning and accountability. This is critical for us to build psychological safety, which is the confidence to share thoughts and feelings without fear of retribution or unjust treatment. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
However, sometimes we recognise you will feel uncomfortable with this and therefore you are able to place an anonymous report in confidence through EthicsPoint and this will then be sent to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. We will evaluate all disclosures and you will be notified (if applicable) through EthicsPoint of any actions we might take. You have our guarantee of confidentiality and that your comments will be heard.
