Before raising a concern through the Speak Up Portal we encourage employees to consider whether or not they can openly and directly raise their concern with someone within Revolut.

Revolut will take all concerns raised seriously, and investigations will be conducted fairly, impartially and confidentially. Where concerns are substantiated, recommendations will be made for remedial actions.

Revolut maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of retaliation against anyone that raises a concern. Any attempt to identify or retaliate against a Whistleblower is strictly prohibited under Revolut’s Global Whistleblowing Policy.
