In Global-e, it is important to maintain the high standards of integrity and ethical behavior that our colleagues, customers, partners and shareholders expect. The Global-e Code of Conduct includes guidelines on how to uphold this commitment in our roles. We are all responsible for upholding the values and the culture and are accountable for how others interact with and perceive Global-e.

Global-e is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. If we witness actions that are not aligned with our Code of Conduct, we raise them as early as possible. Please speak to your manager or the General Counsel in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

However, if you do not feel comfortable speaking to somebody inside Global-e, you can always raise your concerns independently using our confidential Speak Up hotline, which is hosted by a third party hotline provider, Navex EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint and treated confidentially and in line with applicable data privacy standards. We are committed to take action and protect individuals who submit reports in good faith from retaliation of any kind.
