  • Anonymity => It allows you to report concerns without revealing your identity, providing the reassurance necessary to bring forth any issues without fear of retaliation or potential conflict of interest.
  • Ease of Use => It is accessible to all employees in multiple languages and provides clear guidance on how to make a report, as well as FAQs.
  • Transparency => Reporting employee is able to follow up on their report, and even appeal the decision, if needed.

Once a report is submitted, it will be promptly investigated in a fair and impartial manner.

All reports received will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect the rights and well-being of those who speak up.

In any case, IXM will not tolerate retaliation in any form against employees who report concerns in good faith.
