London Fire Brigade is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching the organization in instances where you believe serious violations of policies, breach of legislation or standards have occurred.

The independent external reporting line EthicsPoint has been set up so you can make your concerns confidentially and confidently, and where preferred anonymously too. You will be asked a to complete a series of fields so that your concern can be routed through to the right place for investigation.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code “report key”. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
