Our Commitment
Our Code of Conduct provides the foundation for doing business the right way and describes how we put our commitment to being a good corporate citizen into practice every day. It clarifies the mandatory behavioural expectations of each of us, irrespective of whether we work for, with, or on behalf of, Santos.
Occasionally, the conduct of people including our employees, contractors or suppliers may not meet the standards set by our Code of Conduct. If you encounter such behaviour or see something that doesn’t seem right, you’re encouraged to bring it up with a leader or your people business partner.
If discussing your concern directly with a leader or people business partner doesn’t feel right, alternative avenues are available. You can report any concerns you have through EthicsPoint, either Online or By Phone using the buttons above. EthicsPoint is a comprehensive and confidential reporting tool that enables us to work together to address potential breaches of our Code of Conduct. Depending on the nature of your concern it will be elevated in confidence to the appropriate team, which may include Business Integrity, for review.
We also offer confidential employee assistance by location which can be accessed here.
Please note that you are able to report concerns anonymously.
EthicsPoint can also be used to report other important issues to Santos that don’t relate to suspected misconduct or breaches of the Code of Conduct.
