The MAM Escalation Hotline is an external, dedicated service which is available for portfolio company staff to confidentially report a concern about C-suite level and senior management misconduct. This Escalation Hotline should only be used for portfolio company matters which have not been appropriately addressed at the company level or if the portfolio company employee feels uncomfortable with raising them. Reporters may remain anonymous if they wish.

As reflected in Macquarie’s Code of Conduct, we share a responsibility in ensuring portfolio company employees who do speak up can do so without detriment and being personally disadvantaged.

MAM does not tolerate retaliation. No one who reports any suspected violation in good faith will be subject to retaliation for making such a report. “Good faith” means that you come forward with all of the information you have and believe you are giving a sincere, truthful, and complete report.
