Through this channel you can communicate, confidentially and anonymously -if you wish to do so-, financial and accounting irregularities, possible breaches of the TIMFin´s Codice Etico or actions that are not aligned with internal or external regulations or with our corporate behaviors or values, without being subject to reprisals for reporting such breaches through Canal Abierto, among other guarantees and rights of the reporter that are included in the Policy and Procedure that regulate said Channel.

Ethics, transparency and integrity are fundamental principles to which TIMFin is strongly committed and, therefore, the performance of TIMFin professionals, must always be honest and responsible, complying at all times with internal and external regulations, in an ethical and professional manner.

If you have become aware of any situation or conduct that is contrary to the legal or internal regulations, our Codice Etico, ethical principles or corporate values, please report it through the Canal Abierto so that we can continue to improve our way of doing things.

TIMFin actively promotes the reporting of any irregularity.

Canal Abierto is the preferred channel for reporting the most serious conduct, such as conduct that may involve serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, or breaches of European Union Law. Such conduct may also be reported through the external channel to be established by the Local Independent Authority for the protection of the reporters, as well as through the external channels enabled by other bodies, which are listed in the Canal Abierto Policy for purely illustrative purposes.
