Follow up on a report:
If you raised your report before July 2024, you will need to complete a short form to access your original file - this is because we upgraded our systems in 2024 and you are not able to use the same log in details. Don't worry, your information remains secure and confidential.
You will only need to complete the short form once. When completed, you will receive new log in information which you can use to follow up on your case via the 'Follow up on a report' section (see left) - please keep your new Report Key and password safe. If you have lost or cannot remember your original log in details, please submit a new report.
