Welcome to the Ethical Channel.

Through this channel you can communicate, confidentially and anonymously -if you wish to do so-, financial and accounting irregularities, possible breaches of the Code Of Ethics or actions that are not aligned with internal or external regulations, without being subject to reprisals for reporting such breaches through the Ethical Channel, among other guarantees and rights of the reporter that are included in the Policy that regulates said Channel.

Ethics, transparency and integrity are fundamental principles to which the Partnership between both Stellantis Financial Services Europe (SFSE) and Santander Consumer Finance (SCF) Groups is strongly committed and, therefore, the performance of the Joint Venture Companies’ professionals, must always be honest and responsible, complying at all times with internal and external regulations, in an ethical and professional manner.

If you have become aware of any situation or conduct that is contrary to the legal or internal regulations or our Code of Ethics, please report it through the Ethical Channel so that we can continue to improve our way of doing things.

If you prefer, you can also request a face-to-face meeting with Ethical Channel managers.

The Partnership between SFSE and SCF actively promotes the reporting of any irregularity.

The Ethical Channel is the preferred channel for reporting the most serious conduct, such as conduct that may involve serious or very serious administrative or criminal offences, or breaches of European Union Law. Such conduct may also be reported through the external channel to be established by the Independent Authority for the protection of the reporters in each country, as well as through the external channels enabled by other bodies, which are listed in the Ethical Channel Policy for purely illustrative purposes.
