I have submitted my report. What happens next?

We treat all questions and comments confidentially. We examine every report received carefully and comprehensively. This includes an examination of whether the report is understandable, plausible and conclusive. Furthermore, a determination is made on the basis of the available information as to whether there is a potential compliance incident. An initial risk assessment is also carried out to determine the nature and potential severity of a breach.

If there is a potential compliance incident, an investigation is launched to clarify the facts.

You will receive feedback via a protected mailbox in which we might ask you for additional information and inform you about the progress of your report.
