This helps us ensure our workplaces remain safe and respectful, and that we operate in a way that is ethical, lawful and socially responsible.
Speak Up is administered by an independent third-party, NAVEX (EthicsPoint). It provides a safe, confidential and anonymous platform to report concerns or grievances about suspected or actual unethical, unlawful or undesirable behaviour. This includes internal concerns, Whistleblower disclosures and community complaints (including matters relating to the environmental, social cultural or economic impact of our operations).
Anyone, whether a Fortescue team member (including Fortescue Zero and Ivindo Iron), business partner or a member of the community, can use Speak Up to raise a concern.
