We strongly encourage our Suppliers to speak up if there are any concerns about violations of Rakuten Symphony’s Code of Conduct, the Ethical standards for purchasing and procurement and other unethical and/or illegal acts.
You are encouraged to provide your contact information to facilitate reviews and investigations. In situations where you prefer to file an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. We assure you that Rakuten Symphony is committed to reviewing all incoming reports carefully, and confidentially.
To Make a Report
Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this web page.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
