Transparency is one of the key principles of our Code available here. By using the tools below, you help us put this principle into action, and ensure that Dyson acts in a legal, ethical and responsible manner.
Use this web portal or your local Speak Up hotline number to Speak Up if you have a concern that someone is behaving in a way or something is being done which is not in accordance with local law, Dyson’s Code, or another one of Dyson’s policies. This is a simple and secure way to confidentially report any concerns you have. In situations where you prefer to report anonymously, you have the option to do so when you fill out the intake form on this site. You may also utilize your local Speak Up hotline number to report anonymously.
The information you report on this site or via your local Speak Up hotline number will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential basis, and can be sent anonymously, if you so choose. We encourage you to Speak Up, and we promise to thoroughly review all submissions.

To Make a Report Online
To make a Conflict of Interest Declaration or a Gift and Hospitality Declaration, please use the forms available at the top of this page. For all other Speak Up submissions, please select the country in which the violation took place below.
To Make a Report by Phone
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place, as you may come back and use your report key and password to check your report for any relevant progress updates.
