Pricefx is dedicated to embodying its “F-Words” by being Fast, Flexible, Friendly, and Fair.
When it comes to our fourth F-Word (Fair), it is crucial that Pricefx maintain a professional environment where everyone with which we come into contact is treated fairly.
While fairness can be tricky to define, Pricefx lives its “fairness” value by striving to comply with the highest ethical standards and all laws and regulations that apply to our business. We treat everyone with the utmost integrity and respect, and we do not allow improper activities to interfere with our mission of being the world leader in pricing software. Our Code of Conduct provides more detail on our commitment to fairness and what you can do to contribute.
Pricefx has adopted this hotline (provided by EthicsPoint, a third-party) to assist our employees, contractors, and other stakeholders in letting us know of situations in which we may not be living up to our values. We value open, honest communication and want all stakeholders to feel comfortable reporting known or suspected violations of policies, standards, contracts, or laws.
We encourage reports to management or other points of contact within Pricefx, but we understand that this may not always be comfortable. In situations in which you prefer to report to a neutral contact or to place a report anonymously, you are encouraged to use this hotline. We encourage you to submit reports relating to violations of any policies (including the guidelines stated in our Code of Conduct), standards, contracts, or laws or seeking advice on thorny ethical or compliance-related issues.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential basis. You have our guarantee that your reports will be heard and respected (including, where possible, receiving a full and fair investigation), and that we will not take any retaliatory actions against anyone who makes us aware of potential ethical or compliance issues. Finally, you have the ability to submit a report anonymously should you desire to do so.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
