Iridium´s Group companies Code of Conduct embodies the Iridium Group core values. Therefore, all the Groups companies must make decisions and adopt behaviors that are in line with this framework.
Our conduct always goes hand in hand with our values, as we firmly believe in the benefits for the Iridium Group and for society as well. It will be carried out in such a way that complying with our values naturally becomes part of our culture.
Non-compliance with these values can be reported to the Ethical Channel that is available to anyone who wishes to report a possible infraction in a professional context with the Iridium Group.
All members of Iridium Group and stakeholders are encouraged to submit information related to possible violations of Iridium`s Group companies Code of Conduct, as well as to request guidance related to Compliance policies and procedures or to provide suggestions.
In addition, all members of the organization as well as external third parties worldwide are encouraged to use the ethical channel to report complaints related to possible breaches of the commitments and basic principles outlined in the ACS Group Human Rights Policy, examples of human rights breaches may include, but are not limited to: the right to a clean healthy and sustainable environment, respect for human dignity and freedoms, right to collective bargaining, the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor, the effective abolition of child labor, and the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
