Speak Up

Alleima's culture is one of integrity and respect. These core principles are reflected throughout our Company, business practices and work around the world. We have zero tolerance for any form of misconduct or abuse by our staff or anyone associated with us.

Our Speak Up system (which is managed by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint) can be used to by anyone to report any suspected illegal, unethical or improper conduct by any person associated with Alleima in a safe and confidential manner.

Although we encourage reporters to provide their contact details to facilitate the review of their reports and are committed, to the maximum extent possible, to protecting those who make reports in good faith against any retaliation for making the report, should you choose to remain anonymous, this will be respected, and your report will receive the same attention as any other report.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, if your legal entity is located in Europe and has more than 50 employees, you may decide whether you wish to submit your report to Alleima Group or to the entity you are employed by. If you choose to report the matter locally, you will find specific contact details when selecting your country. For all reports made through the online system, the matter will be managed by the Business Integrity function at Alleima Group.
