Business Conduct and Ethics at Caribou Digital
Caribou Digital is fully committed to the principles of honesty, integrity and fair play in all its business activities. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for all Caribou Digital contractors, including company directors, consultants and suppliers. This Code and our Research Code of Conduct also applies to all partner organizations implementing projects with Caribou Digital funding.
We take seriously any breach of the Code of Conduct or any other illegal or unethical behavior on Caribou Digital projects. If you witness any behavior you deem to be unacceptable, you may place an anonymous report in confidence by using the Caribou Digital Reporting Hotline link below. You are also encouraged to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures and provide positive suggestions. Any information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
Report a Concern
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
