It is important to follow up on any report you submit. This allows you to communicate with us, provide additional information, and review any status updates.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and provide as much information as possible relating to the previous report.
