Imerys is a Group with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct & Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics everywhere and every day.

As Imerys is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, we encourage anyone to report concerns about violations of our Code of Business Conduct & Ethics or applicable laws and regulations. This includes threats to safety or health, fraud, damages to environment, bribery, conflicts of interest, discrimination, harassment, anticompetitive practices, and violations of human rights.

Therefore we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager (if you are an Imerys employee) or your usual contact at Imerys (if you are a third party) in instances where you believe such violations have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place a report without directly interacting with Imerys personnel or if you did not receive a satisfactory answer from the people already solicited, you are encouraged to use a dedicated helpdesk (internet or telephone) hosted by a third party provider, NAVEX (see section below "Make a Report").

The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "Report Key." Write down your Report Key and password and keep them in a safe place. Use your Report Key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
