Tyman is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We would like you to consider approaching your line manager, local leaders, relevant specialists or Integrity Champion in instances where you aware of, or reasonably suspect, something which is unsafe, unethical or unlawful or that may not be in accordance with our Code of Business Ethics, our standards, policies or procedures.

In situations where it is not possible for you to approach your line manager, local leaders, relevant specialists or Integrity Champion, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX. The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose and if applicable laws permit. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

We do not tolerate any form of retaliation for issues raised in good faith.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
