Our commitment
At UNiDAYS, our company values are at the core of everything we do and an important part of who we are. We are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful environment for our employees, our members, and our partners.
While the Corporate Code of Conduct establishes our general guidelines for fostering a workplace conducive to open communication as the expectation, and not the exception, (when we say “no BS, no jerks,” we mean it), we want to make sure that you feel comfortable approaching us in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. We’ll listen and have honest and constructive conversations together.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, we have engaged the third-party global provider, NAVEX Global, and its confidential, reporting tool, EthicsPoint, to administer our Ethics and Compliance Hotline. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our company policies or to our Corporate Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures. You can always use the tool to provide positive suggestions and stories as well.
Whether you raise an issue with your supervisor, the People Team, the General Counsel, or through the EthicsPoint anonymous reporting tool, we give you our word that there will be no form of reprisal for doing so. Retaliation of any kind against an employee who files a report or voices a concern in good faith under this policy is strictly prohibited. We will investigate fully and discretely all matters related to alleged violations and take appropriate action in accordance with the policies in effect at that time. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and discreetly.
It is everyone’s responsibility to help create and ensure an effective workplace. Employees are expected to participate fully in any investigation of alleged misconduct. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
To make a report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
