Where do my reports go?

Reports are entered directly on the NAVEX Global secure server to prevent any possible breech in security. NAVEX Global makes these reports available only to specific individuals within DATATEC who are charged with evaluating the report, based on the type of violation and location of the incident. Each of these report recipients has had training in keeping these reports in the utmost confidence.

We have found that concerns, issues or questions can be addressed more quickly when handled at the supervisor or manager level. However, in situations where you prefer to place a report in confidence, you are encouraged to use our hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, NAVEX Global. This is available either through the online portal or by calling the hotline phone number.
