Our Commitment

All suppliers & distributors are required to sign up to our Code of Conduct. It defines the expectations we have for standards of behaviour, the nature of our relationships and how decisions should be made. Included in the code are several requirements related to antibribery and corruption, employment practices, health and safety, environment, animal welfare and human tissue. Both full Code of Conducts are publicly available.

Should there be any breaches of policies or examples of someone behaving in a way that does not support our standards, all individuals working within our supply chain should feel comfortable voicing concerns. This can be done anonymously using the Speak Up Hotline or Speak Up Portal.

The Speak Up Hotline and the Speak Up Portal are hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. These platforms can be used to submit reports by anyone that becomes aware of or suspects a breach, any kind of activity that goes against the requirements set out in our Code of Conduct – the platforms also provide the opportunity to ask for guidance and suggest important feedback.

The information provided will be shared with us by EthicsPoint, will be treated with confidentiality, and submissions can be anonymous if necessary. We guarantee all comments will be heard.
