Our Commitment

We are committed to ensure that Cordaid* is a safe and welcoming workplace for everybody, that we treat everyone who comes into contact with Cordaid with respect and dignity, and that we use all powers, authorities, assets, resources, and funds entrusted to us appropriately.

We work hard on cultivating a culture of integrity and creating an environment where Cordaid representatives uphold the highest possible standard of integrity. However, if you have any concern, suspicion, or concrete allegation of an integrity breach, we encourage you to report it using this form.

What to report?

Any concern in relation to Cordaid and ICCO’s Code of Conduct and the policies on Safeguarding, Fraud, Conflict of Interest, Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Money Laundering can be reported. You can find these policies here.

For HR issues or security incidents, please follow the dispute regulations in the Legal Status Regulations (internal) or local HR Manuals, and the security incident reporting procedure, respectively.

Who can report?

Anyone within or outside of Cordaid can file a report. If you prefer to place your report anonymously, you can indicate this in the form.

What will happen with my report?

Cordaid takes any integrity concern very seriously. Once we receive your report, Cordaid’s integrity team will follow up in line with our Integrity Standard Operating Procedures. We will dedicate particular attention to ensuring confidentiality, protection of everyone involved, and facilitating support services where required.

If you have any doubts or questions about submitting a report or what will happen afterwards, please see our FAQs for more information.

*As of 1 January 2021 Cordaid and ICCO have joined forces. Therefore, where ‘Cordaid’ is mentioned, ‘ICCO’ is included.
