We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or manager in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Apex Ethics Hotline, hosted by third party specialist provider, NAVEX. If you witness or hear about any violations to our Code of Conduct and Ethics as stated in the Group’s Whistleblowing Policy you are encouraged to report them via the Apex Ethics Hotline.

Any information you provide via the Apex Ethics Hotline will remain totally confidential and you may also choose to remain anonymous if you prefer. You have the Executive Committee’s assurance that your comments will be acknowledged and taken seriously.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
