A Commitment to Ethical Integrity

Hanon Systems is a global organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. The company’s Code of Basic Working Conditions and Ethics Policies contain standards and general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

The expectation to adhere to these standards and guidelines extends beyond employees to include all vendors, contractors, consultants, agents and other providers of goods and services that conduct business with Hanon Systems and its affiliates.

Hanon Systems commits to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. As it relates to compliance, it is important workers are comfortable approaching management in instances where it is believed violations of policies or standards have occurred. The company also offers a means to meaningfully and anonymously report any concerns with compliance in ethical conduct, or violations of company policies or standards. This hotline is hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint, for reporting violations, as well as to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures, and to provide positive suggestions and stories.

The information provided to EthicsPoint can be totally confidential and anonymous, if requested. All matters reported are reviewed, evaluated and investigated, if necessary.

To Make a Report

A unique code – called a report key – is assigned once a report is submitted to EthicsPoint. It is recommended the report key and password are retained in a safe location. After 5-6 business days, enter the report key and password to check the report status for feedback or questions.
