Action is committed to conducting its operations with openness and honesty and believes it is essential that there is always room to discuss any concerns you may have. More than that, Action encourages you to speak up if you believe that our Values, our Code of Conduct, or any (local) laws or regulations have been violated or are threatened to be violated.
You are encouraged to report a concern through the regular reporting channels first (i.e. your direct manager or HR) to maintain an open line of communication.
If you feel that you cannot express your concerns through regular reporting channels or you are an external party, you can report through this Alertline, hosted by NAVEX.
Via this Alertline, you have the option to report your concern on country level (Local); then your concern will be picked up by a local case handler, or report a concern on group level (International Head Quarter); then your concern will be picked up by a central case handler. In both cases your concern will be picked up in complete confidence. For more information see the Speak Up policy.
Regarding the Alertline, you can choose to report online or via the telephone number. We encourage you to use the telephone reporting option, so that we can obtain all relevant information related to your concern. The telephone lines are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your calls are not recorded.
Please note, that you can choose to remain anonymous in the telephone conversation or the online report. In case you choose to report anonymously, please be aware that you need to follow up on your concern via this Alertline platform using your Report Key and Password to see updates or provide more information. Remember that the more information you can provide initially, the more likely it will be that Action can satisfactorily resolve the concern.

To Make a Report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "Report Key” and asked to choose a Password. Write down your Report Key and Password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, you may use your Report Key and Password to Follow Up and check your report for feedback or questions.
