Santander treat all Whistleblowing concerns seriously and do not tolerate victimisation of whistleblowers.
How to raise a concern?
You can raise a concern via this web page or via phone by calling 0800 069 8792.
This can be done on a named or anonymous basis. Once you make a report, the Whistleblowing team in Santander will risk assess, triage and where appropriate allocate for further investigation.

What information will help when raising a concern?
- Who is involved? Names, job tiles, work locations
- What is happening, or has happened?
- How often has it happened?
- When did it happen or is it still ongoing?
- What evidence (if any) do you have?
You must not raise concerns based purely on gossip or speculation or knowingly make false or malicious allegations.
What happens once I've submitted my concern?
You will be given a unique code called a ‘report key’ Write this down along with your password and keep them safe, you will need these to check your report for progress updates or additional information requests.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
