How it works

Concern reported.
Ethics Committee will assess allegations and allocate to appropriate function to examine further.
If necessary, an investigation may be conducted.
Outcome determined and appropriate action taken.
Reporter will receive a reply and the case is closed.

The COESIA ETHICS HELPLINE is operated by NAVEX, an external independent third party, designed to give users an added level of comfort and security as questions and concerns can also be submitted anonymously.

This COESIA ETHICS HELPLINE enables you to report breaches confidentially. Your name will be known only to the Coesia Ethics Committee and the Whistleblowing Management Team and will be disclosed to other parties only with your written consent, and when necessary, in order to evaluate your report.

Coesia also accepts anonymous reports. You can choose to provide your contact email to the NAVEX platform. This will not be forwarded to Coesia but will allow you to anonymously communicate with the Ethics Committee and the Whistleblowing Management Team and receive an email notification every time a reply is posted in the system, which cannot be received in case whistleblowers choose not to enter their contact email.

Coesia and its Group companies guarantee protection against retaliation. Whistleblowers can ask questions and raise concerns without any fear of retaliation.
