Expectation to speak up

CellMark is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity.

Anyone working for CellMark (regardless of the nature of their activities) or any external stakeholders having a business relationship with CellMark (business partners, customers, and other third parties involved with CellMark) is expected to promptly raise their genuine concerns or discuss any suspected violation of applicable laws or CellMark´s integrity principles (internally, CellMark´s Code of Conduct, policies, and directives; and externally, the Code of Conduct for Business Partners).

However, alternatively, you should use this Whistleblowing and Grievance Platform if:

  • you are not comfortable reporting your concerns to your manager, or another manager in your division, or to your CellMark point of contact (if external); or
  • you believe that the concern or potential violation is serious or relates to several managers within CellMark. A “serious violation” covers misconduct that can potentially have a severe financial or reputational impact on CellMark (note that a violation in the following areas is always deemed to potentially have a severe financial or reputational impact: anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-trust, sanctions and export control, discrimination and harassment, health and safety, human rights, and data protection).
By using the “FAQs”, you can access information on:

  2. How to report concerns or violations?
  3. What concerns or violations can be reported?
  4. Anonymous reporting
  5. What to report in practice?
  6. Non-retaliation
  7. Confidentiality and security of the reports

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
