Our Commitment

M Group is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Is this whistleblowing? Please read the information below before continuing:

There is a real difference between making a complaint and being a whistle blower.

When someone “blows the whistle” they are raising a concern about wrongdoing, risk or malpractice in their workplace. They rarely have a personal interest in the issue; he or she is merely alerting others.

A complaint or grievance is where you are saying that you have been poorly treated at work. If this is the case then this is not whistleblowing. We still want to hear from you so that we can resolve the issue but you should contact HR who will follow defined processes and procedures to look into your grievance or complaint. Use the People Services Portal for this.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
