There may be times when you see or experience something happening at work that you are unsure of or unhappy about. We encourage you to refer to your Regional Code of Conduct and hope you feel able to report any concerns to your manager, Human Resources or a senior local executive. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, or perhaps you have already gone down this route and don't feel that your concerns have been properly addressed, the Confidential Helpline is here for you.
The Confidential Helpline is managed by Global Internal Audit on behalf of Senior Management to ensure independence. We use the services of NAVEX, an independent company, with specialists who are trained to deal with your concerns. Reports will be treated in a confidential manner as far as possible; you can remain anonymous if you wish but you are encouraged to provide us with your contact details so that we can keep you informed of the progress of your report, as well as ask for further information to help in the investigation.
You can contact the Confidential Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a freephone number so that we can obtain all the relevant information that we need to resolve the incident. If you don’t feel comfortable using the telephone you can complete the web form instead. Choose your country on the left for further contact information.
