What is Speak Out?
Speak Out is a confidential channel through which you can submit reports relating to actions or behaviours you believe are inconsistent with our Code of Conduct.
With Speak Out, you have the ability to file a confidential, anonymous report via either the telephone or the Internet.
Who administers Speak Out?
Speak Out is administered by an independent company (NAVEX).
NAVEX is a leading provider of corporate ethics and compliance programs and hotlines worldwide, and manages Speak Out to ensure independence and objectivity.
Who else can I speak to?
ROADIS encourages you to use any resources available to speak up. In addition to using the
Speak Out: ROADIS Ethics & Compliance Channel, if you are an employee, you can speak to
your line manager, another member of management, a relevant supporting function such as
legal or HR, or any member of Ethics and Compliance Committee.
What happens after I contact Speak Out?
Once you submit a report via phone or web, you will receive a report key and password to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to the Speak Out Administrator who will contact with ROADIS´Ethics and Compliance Committee members for review and to determine next steps.
Should I be nervous that filing a report might have negative consequences for me?
No. Retaliation in any form against anyone who reports, in good faith, concerns or possible violations of the Code, Company policy, or the law, even if the report is mistaken, is absolutely prohibited.
Are reports to Speak Out secure and confidential?
ROADIS uses NAVEX's case management application to support the administration of Speak Out. EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers to prevent any possible breach in security. NAVEX makes these reports available only to specific individuals within ROADIS who are responsible for evaluating the reports. Any report you make will be kept confidential to the fullest extent.
