As Grabbers, we are all guardians of Grab’s hard-earned reputation. How we conduct business and how we treat others – our fellow employees, customers, suppliers, and communities – determines how the world views us. Whether working as individuals within the Company, or as a Company within the global community, we must constantly be guided by principles of ethical behaviour. Our Grabber’s Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Grab expects the same high levels of ethical behaviour from our fellow suppliers, vendors or any other third parties we may work with. Our Suppliers’ Code of Conduct contains the general guidelines of ethical conduct we expect from any 3rd parties we work with.
Grab is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. In the event where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred, you are strongly encouraged to report such instances to either your manager, the Compliance team or via our whistleblowing online platform hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint.
If you prefer, you are able to place an anonymous report in confidence through EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and acted on.
