Right to Speak
At Kantar we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of ethical conduct and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Our Policy Book and Kantar Business Principles contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Kantar is committed to a culture of openness and accountability where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching the person you report to or other members of the management team in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Kantar Right to Speak Hotline, hosted by a third-party provider, NAVEX using their confidential reporting tool called EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Policy Book and Kantar Business Principles.
The information you provide will be sent to Kantar by NAVEX on a totally confidential basis and anonymously if that is your preference. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
See the Kantar Right to Speak FAQ’s for more information.
