QGMI Ethical Channel

THE ETHICAL CHANNEL is the appropriate tool to communicate suspected misconducts, complaints, suggestions and compliments to QGMI. This tool is available to all audiences with whom the company relates.

QGMI encourages its internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the process of continuous improvement in a SAFE, ANONYMOUS and CONFIDENTIAL way, and guarantees that it will not admit RETALIATION and/or REPRISALS, and such cases are punishable by the company as well.

The VIOLATION of: QGMI Code of Ethics; laws; rules; procedures and policies of the company are considered as deviations to our Ethics commitment. Even if the act does not materialize, the mere attempt may be subject to investigation.

QGMI ETHICAL CHANNEL is outsourced by a serious and INDEPENDENT company, ensuring the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
