The Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline
At Altera Infrastructure, we value Trust and Accountability. Our Code of Conduct establishes our commitment to conduct business with the highest standards of ethics.
What is the Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline?
The Reporting Hotline is a confidential channel through which you can raise compliance and ethics concerns or report possible violations of laws, our policies, or our Code of Conduct. The Reporting Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What does the Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline not cover?
The Reporting Hotline is not for questions regarding job applications, commercial queries or disputes, ordinary HR queries or complaints (e.g. salary, performance, annual leave, holiday), or general questions about Altera Infrastructure or its business lines. Instead, please direct issues such as these to the relevant company contact or function.
Who else can I speak to?
We are committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. If you are an employee, you may also raise compliance and ethics concerns to your direct team leader or a relevant supporting function, such as HR or Legal. If you are an external stakeholder, you may raise concerns to your contact within the Altera Infrastructure organisation. The Reporting Hotline is available as an alternative if you are uncomfortable reporting through other channels.
How will my report to the Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline be handled?
Once you submit a report to the Reporting Hotline, you will receive a report key and will be asked to set a password for follow-up on your submission. Your report will be initially reviewed by our corporate Compliance function, which will then determine further action.
Who administers the Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline?
The Reporting Hotline is administered on the EthicsPoint platform by an independent third party, NAVEX.
Are reports to the Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline secure and confidential?
The Altera Infrastructure Reporting Hotline system is hosted on NAVEX's secure servers (not on Altera Infrastructure's website or intranet).
All reports made to the Reporting Hotline are handled in accordance with Altera Infrastructure’s policies and are kept confidential to the fullest extent possible while conducting a thorough investigation. Individuals will be notified of and involved in an investigation only on a "need to know" basis.
We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals for reports made in good faith.
